However, we will do everything in our power to contact any non-participating provider to help get them into the provider network.

It is your responsibility to verify that your provider is participating at the time of service.  Labs performed at Laboratory corporation of American (LABCORP) or Quest Laboratory Services may offer you the best benefit under your plan benefits.  It is your responsibility to verify this before seeking lab or X-ray services.
