more. We promote member involvement, and education. Insurance pal acts as a partner and a guide for members to navigate their health, dental and vision insurance services more effectively.
Members may contact the Patient Advocate during business hours or the Patient Advocate may pro-actively reach out to the member to offer assistance, guidance and education.

Insurance Pal also takes the guess work out of shopping for hospitals, surgeons and other health care services. We provide the patient with real cost information in order to help them make the best financial decision for their pocket book and their health benefit plan.
Insurance Pal provides the average costs of procedures and alternative health care provider options which allow the member to make a more educated decision about their healthcare.
Employers may provide incentives to members for using Insurance Pal or penalties for failure to use the service. We provide accurate usage reporting as well as feedback from the patient on their choice of facilities. We also provide printed copies of all healthcare choices and costs to the employee with a verification number. This enables them to have a record of the phone call and review all options to determine which facility is the best for them.
